Zebra Entertainment Group is an entertainment company founded in the USA and has an incorporated branch in Ghana. Company founder – Bethany Kabukwor Ocansey has been in the international music and entertainment industry for over twelve years, and is committed to building a global stage for talented, passionate musicians from all over the world. Zebra is a company that is dedicated to the principle that music transcends countries and continents and as we enter a new era of the music industry, our goal is to bridge the gap between African and International markets. In doing so we create unrivaled platforms – exclusive events at prestigious venues that feature handpicked artists and a distinguished audience and work with Global partners to successfully execute shows with International artists in Africa and vice versa.

We meet the needs of our brand partners – by exposing them to the right people, and our guests – who celebrate the quality and consistency that we demand, creating an atmosphere that they want to return to time and time again. By having these superior elements in place we will successfully achieve our goal of fueling the creative industries in Africa and making it easier for the world to see that artists can cross into different terrains and elevate their success and in turn be exposed to varying musical styles that were difficult to come across in past years.

Zebra Entertainment will represent an important milestone in the process of encouraging musical growth globally, starting in Africa. Many artists here simply lack access to resources and are overlooked when artists from other parts of the world are seeking collaborations and working relationships. This is not because there is an absence of talent but because the opportunity to partner with the right producers and teams are not offered. This needs to change. Zebra Recording Studio in New York opened its doors in January 2016 and we are working on building similar facilities in Ghana.

Bethany seeks to continually find an energetic and entrepreneurial team that has the ability to expose and elevate our brands, artists and music to new levels, moving beyond the territory in which we stand. Zebra’s philosophy is born from her NGO – M.O.M. – Miracles Of Music, which was created from a love of music and the commitment to find ways to enhance learning for children, making it culturally relevant yet broadening horizons and giving opportunities for ‘real’ hands on learning. Music creates miracles – to children, artists, people, companies, countries and the world! If it is not mutually beneficial and empowering, our time is wasted – Zebra Entertainment promises to offer more to those who invest in music, those who embrace music education, and those who create music, because together we really can make miracles!
